Abstract
This paper aims to present the evolution of the resource training and efficiency management for construction. In the field of the labor market, the general objective of the strategy to solve this problem is to increase the employment rate of the active population and to implicitly decrease the unemployment. The strategy provides for the application of the economic measures to stimulate the creation of the new jobs. Employment in Romania remains one of the tensest areas of the transition. The main trend in the last 10 years in terms of the employment volume is continuing to decline. Human resources management is the complex of the activities aimed at the efficient use of the staff of an organization, aiming both to achieve its objectives and to meet the needs of the employees. The originality of this paper is that it highlights the efficiency of the human resource management in construction.
