STUDY ON THE IMPACT OF THE COVID-19 CRISIS, ON SOME ACTIVITIES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF EXAMINATION PROCESS IN ORDER TO OBTAIN DRIVING LICENSE

Abstract

This article presents the identification of alternatives to improve the portfolio of public examination services in Romania in the conditions of the crisis generated by the new coronavirus (SARSCoV-2), as potential variants to be applied in the period immediately following the state of emergency (after 15.05. 2020). Several proposals, indications and measures were obtained as considered necessary both by officials with special status in the field of examination and issuance of driving licenses, and by representatives of driving schools, instructors and other professional categories. We were also interested in finding out the opinions of those who have already obtained a driving license, those who intend to obtain it and those who do not have or do not intend to obtain a driving licence.
